Festival Casa Tomada en La Habana por jóvenes latinoamericanos

The Casa Tomada event, held every four years at Casa de las Américas with the participation of young artists, writers and intellectuals from the continent, will take place from 19 to 22 this month.
Representatives from 16 countries of the region will attend the fourth edition of the event (called Casa Tomada from a homonymous tale by the Argentine writer Julio Cortazar) and dedicate the event to the half-century of the physical disappearance of Ernesto Che Guevara.
The meeting this September will seek to foster the bond and mutual knowledge between people up to 36 years of age, as well as stimulate and promote the most diverse ways of thinking about the past, present and future of the continent’s artistic and intellectual production, and promote the work of our most recent generations.
