The ladies of Tres Lindas Cubanas Cigars have partnered with OnCuba Travel to create a curated travel experience worthy of the most demanding cigar aficionado.
Join the twins as they embark on an exploration of Cuba’s tobacco region. Soak up the sights and sounds of Old Havana, discover treasures inside Cuban cigar shops and factories, sip Cuba’s finest rum and enjoy the famous authentic Cuban cuisine.

After clearing immigration and customs at the Jose Marti International Airport, you will take a short drive to your hotel or private home accommodations for check-in. Your experience will start at the PABEXPO exhibit complete to attend The Festival Internacional del Habano. Here you will join cigar aficionados and experts alike for workshops, samplings of unique vitolas, demonstrations, and much more! Lunch will follow at the Mediterráneo Restaurant in Havana, home to “Farm to Table” cuisine. This afternoon, you will also enjoy a ride on vintage American Classic Car for a tour around the upscale Vedado and Miramar neighborhoods. The evening will begin with dinner at Atelier Restaurant for delicious Cuban fare. After dinner, you will delight in a Jazz Café to close your first night in Cuba.

The day begins visiting the cigar factory H. Upmann, where you will have a guided tour of the factory. Afterwards, we will visit several Casas del Habano such as Hotel Parque Central Tobacco Shop, the Partagás shop, and Hotel Conde de Villanueva Tobacco Shop. Next, we will visit the Museo del Ron where you will learn about the history of rum with the opportunity to taste and shop for the best rum in the world. For lunch, we will break at the warm and friendly Doña Eutimia Restaurant before continuing a walking tour around Old Havana. Then, we will visit La Bodeguita del Medio, famous for being one of Ernest Hemingway’s favorite places. After enjoying a signature Cuban Mojito drink, we will visit La Casa del Habano at the Museo del Tabaco and Almacenes San José Artisans’ Market. During the evening, we will feast on dinner at San Cristóbal Restaurant to later visit the Hotel Nacional where we will enjoy cigars and cocktails.

After enjoying a local breakfast we will visit the beautiful UNESCO recognized site of the Valley of Viñales. Next, we will visit the Montesino Tobacco Farm located about an hour from Havana in Pinar de Rio. After this visit, we will enjoy a horse riding excursion, quite the equestrian adventure! We will then pause for lunch at Finca Paraíso back in Viñales where we will also visit the Mural de la Pre-Historia. After this active day, we will transfer back to Havana for a restful evening.

After enjoying a nourishing breakfast to stat our day, we will drive to the area of Matanzas. Upon arrival, we will participate in a tour of the City of Matanzas, including a visit to the San Severino Castle Museum Slave Route. We will then continue onto the beautiful beach and resort town of Varadero. Here we will break for lunch at Salsa Suarez Restaurant and enjoy an afternoon at the beach. Finally, we will transfer back to La Habana to replenish our energy in preparation for our last day together and return home.

On our final day, we will start with breakfast followed by a visit to The Casa de Africa Museum. Here we will learn about Cuba’s African influences, arts, and culture. We will continue this exploratory tour of African culture at El Museo de Los Orishas in Havana, learning about their history and heritage in the island. Next, we will walk along Prado Avenue, where you will have the opportunity to visit the renovated Manzana de Gómez shopping mall, a unique shopping experience in Havana. Then we will visit El Palacio de la Artesanía, set in an old mansion on the water, where we will have the chance to see Cuban artisanry and craftmanship. After, we will visit the Jose Casteler Cairo Puerto “Cueto” – Home of the Guinness Book of World Records “longest” hand rolled cigar at 90 meters! We will then delve deeper into the history and tradition of the Habano by visiting the famous Casa del Habano at Meliá Cohiba hotel, the Casa del Habano at Hotel Nacional, and the Casa del Habano at Habana Libre Hotel for an opportunity to purchase cigars for personal use. We will then spend our final lunch together at Wapa Café in the beautiful area of Vedado before saying goodbye to Cuba as you board your flight home.
